Special Note on Orders for the 2025 Holiday Season

*Due to high demand and busy postal services this time of year, there may be unforeseen delays of the delivery of our products. In order to ensure that you receive your items by December 24th, please place your order by 8:00pm EST on December 14th.

Peru Domestic Shipping

Orders shipped within Peru include a twenty five dollar ($25 USD) shipping fee and a twenty percent (20%) Handling Fee to cover IGV sales taxes and local processing charges. Orders usually arrive within five to seven business days and include full tracking and insurance.

United States Shipping

Orders shipped to the United States include a one hundred dollar ($100 USD) international shipping fee and a ten percent (10%) Handling Fee that covers all import taxes and customs processing charges. This ensures your package arrives with no additional payments due at delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. Delivery across the continental United States typically takes up to two weeks.

Canada Shipping

Orders shipped to Canada include a one hundred dollar ($100 USD) international shipping fee, plus a fifteen percent (15%) Handling Fee to cover import duties, GST or HST, and any related border processing charges. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes between one and two weeks.

European Union Countries Shipping

Orders shipped to any country within the European Union include a one hundred dollar ($100 USD) international shipping fee and a twenty (20%) percent Handling Fee. This allows us to prepay import duties, VAT, and all customs processing fees so your package arrives without additional charges. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped. Delivery typically takes one to two weeks depending on the destination.

United Kingdom Shipping

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom include a one hundred dollar ($100 USD) international shipping fee and a twenty percent (20%) Handling Fee to cover import duties, VAT, and all clearance fees. A tracking number will be sent to you after dispatch. Delivery generally arrives within two weeks.

International Shipping

Orders shipped to all other international destinations include a two hundred dollar ($200 USD) international shipping fee and a twenty five percent (25%) Handling Fee that covers import duties, taxes, and international clearance fees. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times vary by country but most orders arrive within three to four weeks.


Returns Policy

14 Day Return Policy

We want you to feel fully confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return for a full refund within 14 days of the tracked delivery date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original brand new condition, and returned with all labels and packaging.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or colour, please request a return within the 14 day window and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping Cost & Responsibility

The buyer can return the item but is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned items must be shipped with tracking and, when appropriate, insurance. The buyer remains responsible for the item until it is received by us. We cannot issue refunds for parcels lost in transit or returned without tracking. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition. Items that are damaged during the return process and are not insured cannot be refunded.

Processing Time

Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected and will be processed to the original method of payment. Refunds are issued within five to ten business days after the returned item has been inspected. The timing may vary depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Requesting a Return

To begin a return, please contact us by email with your order number, full name and shipping address, and reason for return before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Non Returnable/Refundable Items

Custom made, personalized, discounted, and final sale items cannot be returned. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within three days of delivery with photos of: 1. The damage on the item, 2. The packaging that got damaged during the delivery process, 3. Your order number, full name and shipping address. In these cases, we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs. Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for refund.


Order Cancellation Policies

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Because we begin preparing and processing each order the day after it is placed, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested after the 24 hour window cannot be guaranteed, as your item may have already shipped. Once an order has entered preparation or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under our return policy after delivery.

Requesting an Order Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us by email with your order number as soon as possible. Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original method of payment and you will receive a confirmation once the request has been processed.
