Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers including FedEx and other courier partners through Easyship. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as soon as possible and begin preparation the day after purchase. Processing times may vary based on product availability and warehouse location.

Shipping Origins

Orders may be shipped from Peru, the United States, or Canada depending on product availability and customer location to ensure faster and more cost efficient delivery.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Customs and Import Fees

Customs and Import fees are included in the shipping and Handling fees for orders to:
- Peru
- Canada
- U.S.A.
- U.K.
- All Countries of the E.U.
International orders in other countries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges depending on the destination country.

Delivery Delays

Royal Garments LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier disruptions, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Return Policy

We want you to feel fully confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all labels and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and is responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition, as agreed with the seller. Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected and will be processed to the original method of payment. To begin a return, please contact us by email with your order number and reason for return before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Non Returnable Items

Custom made, personalized, discounted, and final sale items cannot be returned. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund.

Shipping Responsibility

Returned items must be shipped with tracking and when appropriate insurance. The buyer remains responsible until the item is received. We cannot refund parcels lost in transit.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within three days with photos and your order number. We will provide return instructions and cover return shipping in these cases.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. To obtain a different item, please request a return and place a new order within the allowed timeframe.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Because we begin preparing and processing orders the following day, cancellations requested after the 24 hour window cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has entered preparation or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under the return policy. To request cancellation, contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original method of payment.
